Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your garment, you can request a return by emailing j@luumstyle.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send it back. Please note that items returned without approval won’t be accepted.

Make sure to mail or drop off your return within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and the invoice included.

Refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your items. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Returns must be postmarked in the mail/drop-off box within 10 days from when you receive your order.

Garments must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt; tags attached and
invoice included.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed less the shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales or promotional items.

Please initiate a return of the product you wish to exchange. Once received and processed we will issue your refund, meanwhile you can place your new order.

At the moment we don't. However if you know you won't be returning the item we can get a shipping quote for you. Please inquire by emailing j@luumstyle.com
